The Role

As a Senior Hair Stylist at Flanx, you will:

• Deliver high-quality cutting, colouring, and styling services

• Provide expert consultations and personalised advice

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Maintain Flanx’s high standards of professionalism and client care

• Work collaboratively within a supportive, experienced team

• Support and mentor junior team members when needed

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a professional salon

• Fully confident in cutting, colouring, blow-drying, and styling

• Passionate about hair, trends, and client experience

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Reliable, motivated, and professional

• Experience with balayage, highlights, or advanced colour techniques is a bonus
