The Role
This is a senior, hands-on role suited to a confident colourist who values quality, professionalism, and autonomy.

You will:

• Deliver consistently high-quality colour services (highlights, balayage, bespoke and corrective colour)
• Carry out in-depth consultations focused on hair health and long-term results
• Build and retain a loyal client base through trust and excellent service
• Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of finish and care
• Support and set an example for junior team members where appropriate
• Uphold Thrive’s standards for cleanliness, sustainability, and client experience

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5+ years’ salon experience
• Strong technical colour knowledge with a refined, natural aesthetic
  Calm, professional manner with excellent communication skills
  Reliable, organised, and commercially aware
• Confident managing your own column
• Genuine interest in sustainable and responsible hairdressing
