💇‍♀ The Role

As a Junior Hairdresser / Hairstylist, you’ll:

Work closely with our senior team, assisting on colour, cutting and styling services.

Build your own clientele with ongoing training and mentoring.

Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring each guest feels confident and cared for.

Maintain salon standards and support the smooth running of the day.

🌱 What We’re Looking For

NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Hairdressing, or currently completing Level 3.

A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Genuine love for hair, style, and client care.

A polished, professional image and strong communication skills.

Team spirit — someone who brings good energy to the salon floor.
