Steadman & Co is an established luxury hair and beauty destination with a reputation for exceptional client care, premium services and a welcoming salon experience. Following our move into a stunning new purpose-designed salon space, we are looking for a talented Senior Stylist to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced stylist who is passionate about their craft, takes pride in delivering outstanding results and enjoys building long-lasting client relationships.

About the Role

As a Senior Stylist, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of cutting, colouring and styling services while delivering an exceptional client experience from consultation through to aftercare advice.

You will work alongside a supportive and professional team within a modern luxury salon environment and have the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional cutting, colouring and styling services
• Provide thorough consultations and personalised recommendations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Promote and recommend professional retail products where appropriate
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism
• Support and contribute to a positive team culture
• Keep up to date with current trends, techniques and industry developments

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified and experienced Hair Stylist with experience of working behind the chair for a minimum of 5 years
• Confident in all aspects of hairdressing, including colouring services
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
• Professional, reliable and motivated
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and team-focused approach
• Existing clientele welcomed but not essential
